What is a training session like?

Beginning with a bike warm up, your coach explains all aspects of the training session. You then alternate between 1 min of floor exercises & 1 min active recoveries on your air bike, culminating in our famous Mad Minute finisher. 42FSY has been designed for EVERY FITNESS LEVEL, & everyone trains within their own limits.

When should I arrive?

1st Timers should arrive 15 minutes prior so we can meet you, show you around & get you set for the best 42 minutes of your day!

Members joining our 6 WEEK CYCLES also need to arrive early for your Body Composition Scan.

When do sessions become available to book?

Bookings for the best 42 minutes of your day are available on a 7 day rolling basis.

What if I cant make a class?

These things happen! Simply login to __________ at least an hour before the class to cancel & reschedule your training session.

What to wear/bring?

Comfortable sporting shoes & clothes, water & a great attitude, we take care of the rest!

Towels are provided & 1st Timers will are loaned a demo heart rate monitors to get the full experience.

Are there facilities/amenities are available?

Absolutely, we pride ourselves on providing luxurious fully fitted bathrooms for your pre or post session freshen up. Towels, quality toiletries & surreal will have you ready to face the day or a relaxing wind down at the end of the day.
